A new board developed by Spiral Packs over the last six years in order to meet changing needs within the food packaging sector.

As microven has properties which make it technically superior to PE coated and foil laminated boards, it can be used for many forms of packaging, including lidding, base boards, cake collars and cartons.

It is printable on the non-coated surface with normal inks and on the coated surface with UV inks.

Because microven is fully recyclable, it provides financial benefits in terms of waste management and taxation on non-recyclable products both now and in the future. Microven produces no harmful emissions.
